磁共振波谱成像是目前仅有能反应器官代谢物情况和无创性检测活体组织的一种磁共振成像技术,可以进行定性及定量分析[1],在临床医学研究中起着越来越重要的作用。肝脏磁共振波谱成像目前已成为磁共振波谱技术的又一探讨热点[2]。本文针对3.0T氢质子磁共振波谱技术在常见肝脏恶性肿瘤中的研究及在应用方面的情况及进展进行综述。
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRS) is currently the only magnetic resonance imaging technique capable of detecting organ metabolites and noninvasively detecting living tissue, and can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis [1] and plays an increasingly important role in clinical research effect. Liver magnetic resonance spectroscopy has become another hot topic in magnetic resonance spectroscopy [2]. In this paper, 3.0T hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the study of common liver malignancies in the application of the situation and progress are reviewed.
