目的建立一种简单快捷地测定尿液中锰的方法。方法用1.50%HNO3酸化尿样,用原子吸收石墨炉法直接测定尿锰。结果锰在0~20.00μg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 4,方法检出限0.3 0μg/L,回收率(92.00~104.00)%。结论该方法简单快速、精密度(三次测定分别为0.99%1.94%1.46%)和稳定性很好,可以满足尿中锰的测定。
Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of manganese in urine. Methods Urine samples were acidified with 1.50% HNO3 and urine manganese was directly measured by atomic absorption graphite furnace method. Results The calibration curve of manganese was linear in the range of 0 ~ 20.00μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4. The detection limit was 0.3 0μg / L, and the recovery was 92.00 ~ 104.00%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, the precision (0.99% 1.94% 1.46% for three times) and the stability is very good, which can meet the determination of urinary manganese.
