本文利用磷钼形成的杂多酸,经抗坏血酸还原后直接用于钼的测定,在波长690nm处,2.5~5.5mgMo/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。一些常见金属离子不干扰,钨使结果偏高。为减少测量误差,本文采用差示光度法进行测定。由合成试样和钼铁样品取得的结果较为满意。 一、主要试剂与仪器 抗坏血酸溶液:5%(w/v);钼标准溶液:0.5mg/ml,称取钼酸钠(Na_2MoO_4·2H_20)1.2611g,加水溶解后稀至1000ml。用重量法进行标定(参阅《冶金分析试剂的提纯与配制》,219页);72型分光光度计。
In this paper, heteropoly acid formed by molybdenum and molybdenum is directly used for the determination of molybdenum after reducing by ascorbic acid. Beer’s law is obeyed at the wavelength of 690nm and 2.5 ~ 5.5mgMo / 50ml. Some common metal ions do not interfere, tungsten makes the result high. In order to reduce the measurement error, this paper uses the differential spectrophotometry to determine.
