由慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验及断口的扫描电镜观察得到材料的一系列SCC敏感性指标,表明10MoPV钢具有较好的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能,断口观察还表明低碳低合钢10MoPV和16Mn在慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验中产生穿晶的应力腐蚀开裂。
A series of SCC sensitivity indexes of the materials were obtained from the slow strain rate stress corrosion test and the scanning electron microscopy of the fracture surface. The results show that the 10MoPV steel has good resistance to SCC. Fracture observation also shows that 10MoPV and 16Mn are slow Strain rate stress corrosion test results in transgranular stress corrosion cracking.
