在社会思潮多样多元、党员素质备受各方关注、社会公众对于国企期望不断提高的大背景下,尤其是当前全党开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员”学习教育的新形势下,国企年轻党员的党性修养和由此带来的作风、形象、素质等问题更加引人关注,也是当前国企党建工作的一个热点。
