营光血清法是基于抗原一抗体的反应。以此法检查肠道桿菌时,由于抗原普遍的共同性,故采用个别抗原的高度特异性血清是增加特异性的方法之一。本文研究了运用营光血清法干血液中检查伤塞一付伤寒桿菌的可能性。系以伤塞凝集血清及吸收过的付伤寒 A、B 血清的球蛋白与异氰酸盐营光素结合制得特异性很高的营光血清。
Campylobacter is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. When this method is used for the detection of enterobacteriaceae, the use of highly specific sera from individual antigens is one of the ways to increase specificity due to the prevalence of antigens. This article studies the use of serum light method of dry blood to check the possibility of a pair of Salmonella typhi. Department of sera agglutinating serum and absorbed by the typhoid A, B serum globulin and isocyanate camphor combination of high specificity in the serum.
