为了开发利用低品位菱铁矿,在试验室采用坩埚法作了一系列用煤还原矿石的基础试验.试验表明,铁矿石品位得到大幅度提高.在此基础上,利用海滨冶炼厂改造的12m长回转窑进行了煤基还原试验,预还原矿的品位提高到55%左右,金属化率达到60%左右.在18.6m3高炉上配加30%~50%的预还原矿后,高炉顺行,风量增加,产量提高5%~7%,焦比大幅度降低.
In order to develop the use of low-grade siderite, crucible method in the laboratory made a series of basic tests of coal ore reduction. Tests show that the grade of iron ore has been greatly improved. On this basis, the coal-based reduction test was conducted by using a 12m long rotary kiln modified by a beachside smelter. The grade of prereduced ore was raised to about 55% and the metallization rate was about 60%. In 18.6m3 blast furnace with pre-reduced ore with 30% to 50%, the blast order, air volume increased, the output increased by 5% to 7%, the coke ratio significantly reduced.
