Provincial People’s Committee agreed with the Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Administration “on the comprehensive adjustment of rural mail delivery methods ”. Since this work involves a wide range of issues, all localities should make steady adjustments according to their actual needs. Where there is no need to set up a postman, the agricultural cooperatives should be revoked. However, the postman who has been laid down should be persuaded and educated to return to his place of business for safe production.
