家住贵州省兴仁县屯脚镇鲤鱼村五组的潘久元今年35岁,几年前,他辞掉了在浙江的工作,回老家做起了烤酒生意。他的家中,密密麻麻摆满了一地酒罐。每天,潘久元都要和妻子用苞谷、糯米等原料在自家锅灶上蒸烤酿酒,再把一桶桶酒拿到县城去卖。据他介绍,平均每天能酿到40斤左右,加上用酒糟喂猪的收入,全年加在一起能赚2万多,和打工的收入比相差不多。谈起不外出打工而做酿酒的缘由,潘久元说,一是孩子出生后,希望有时间多陪陪家人,二是也希望继承村里老辈人酿酒的传
