为探讨海洋环境对滨海路面沥青混凝土性能的影响,通过室内试验分析了海水对沥青混凝土原材料及其宏观性能的作用。结果表明,沥青在海水+老化的耦合作用下,其针入度和软化点与普通老化作用相比没有显著变化,脆点得到较大幅度的提升,海水环境加速降低了老化沥青的低温性能;海水对粗集料的耐磨耗性能影响不显著,但降低了集料与沥青的黏附性。随着海水浸泡时间的增加,沥青混凝土的低温抗裂性、劈裂抗拉强度、抗压强度及水稳定性均有不同程度的降低,尤其是水稳定性及低温性能,因此北方滨海地区修建沥青混凝土路面应对滨海环境高度重视。
In order to investigate the influence of the marine environment on the performance of asphalt pavement in coastal pavement, the effect of seawater on the raw material of asphalt concrete and its macroscopic properties was analyzed through laboratory experiments. The results showed that under the coupled action of seawater and aging, the penetration and softening point of asphalt did not change significantly compared with normal aging, the brittle point was greatly improved, and the seawater environment accelerated the low temperature performance of aged asphalt. The seawater has no significant effect on the wear resistance of the coarse aggregate, but reduces the adhesion of the aggregate to the asphalt. With the increase of seawater immersion time, the low temperature crack resistance, splitting tensile strength, compressive strength and water stability of asphalt concrete all have different degrees of reduction, especially the water stability and low temperature performance, so the northern coastal area construction Asphalt concrete pavement attaches great importance to the coastal environment.
