本研究旨在建立呼吸试验测定胃排空率以替代γ闪烁照相法,减少放射性照射。食物进入十二指肠消化后,碳标记辛酸随即被吸收并氧化成CO_2排出是实验的理论基础。方法:有上腹不适和恶心症状病人20例,对照组为16名健康人。同时用闪烁照相法和~(14)C-辛酸呼吸试验测定胃排空率。另选择5名正常青年同时进行~(13)C-和~(14)C-辛酸呼吸试验。3周内重复试验3次以评价个体间和个体不同时间的变异性以及~(13)C能否代替~(14)C。前一试验先在蛋黄内加入2 μCi ~(14)C-辛酸搅匀,再加含3 mCi~(99m)Tc白蛋白的蛋清炒熟,加食2片面包和5 g人造黄油,再饮150 ml水。第二个试验蛋清和蛋黄分开炒但同时食入,另加2片面包。蛋黄中含100mg ~(13)C-和2μCi ~(14)C-辛酸。总热量为250卡。试验均在早上空腹时
The aim of this study was to establish a respiratory test to measure the rate of gastric emptying as an alternative to gamma scintigraphy to reduce radiation exposure. Five normal young adults were also enrolled in the ~ (13) C- and ~ (14) C-octanoic acid breath tests simultaneously. Trials were repeated 3 times in 3 weeks to evaluate variability between individuals and individuals at different times and whether ~ (13) C could replace ~ (14) C. The first experiment in the egg yolk by adding 2 μCi ~ (14) C-octanoic acid stir, then add 3 mCi ~ (99m) Tc albumin egg white fry, add 2 slices of bread and 5 g of margarine, and then drink 150 ml water. The second test egg white and egg yolks separately but at the same time ingested, plus 2 slices of bread. Yolk contains 100mg ~ (13) C- and 2μCi ~ (14) C-octanoic acid. The total calories is 250 cards. The test is fasting in the morning
