The original name Wu Yuanbo flood, also known as Ruan Shan. Born in Hanoi, Vietnam in 1908, he was the only foreign general in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and the only Chinese general in the Vietnam Peoples Army. He was trained in Whampoa Military Academy, after the Chinese revolution, and participated in the modernization of new China’s national defense.
