目前生产普通硅酸钙板的原材料,主要是以石棉作为增强材料。有关石棉对人体健康的影响,虽然国际上尚有争议,但部分发达国家对含石棉制品的生产、使用和进口均有不同程度的限制,甚至个别国家已明令禁止,因此开发无石棉板材已成为一种世界范围的发展趋势。 三明市新型建材总厂经过六年的艰苦探索与反复试验,通过对某种国产纤维物质进行改性处理,用来代替石棉,今年五月在全国率先开发出具有国际水平的新型绿色产品——辊压无石棉硅板(即“无石棉金宫板”),引起了国内外同行们的广泛关注。 1997年12月16日,在三明市召开的由省经贸委负责组织的“辊压无石棉硅酸钙产品省级鉴定会上,由中国建材科学院沈荣熹博士为首的9名专家一致认为该产品工艺合理,其各项技术性能指标和同类产品比较具有领先水平,一些主要技术指标亦达到国际上先进的德国、丹麦、日本和英国等几家公司的技术指标,具有国际水平。
