“舞蹈理论与舞蹈实践的不即不离”引起越来越多人的关注是个好兆头。虽然人们一直努力谋求着舞蹈理论与实践真正意义上的变革,但目前仍有诸多困难:如面对多元化的文明、复杂化的情感、变异化的人生,语言和动作的世界已顺其自然地呈现出某种适应时代发展的特征;如动作的机械化、技术化、冷漠化;如语言的混杂、歧义、变更等等。当然,不可否认舞蹈史论业已存在的庞大体系和诸多建树,但面对日新月异的舞蹈实践,理论仍是债台高筑。我们常说,实践应为理论提供基础和依据,理论反过来再指导实践达至“二次飞跃”,但就目前看来,很难说舞蹈理论和舞蹈实践究竟是哪一个偏离了跑道。 ——编者
