自贡市是一个多地震的城市。一九七九年据国家正式颁发的全国地震烈度图定为7度烈度区。但过去所有的建筑都没有进行抗震设防,特别是六十年代和七十年代由于极左思潮的影响,片面追求低标准的指标修建了大批住宅和工业建筑,给所有的建筑工程都造成了不同程度的隐患,有些工程甚至连静力计算都不能满足,更不用说抗震。这些建筑,是我市抗震加固的主要对象。一、对多层砖房进行抗震鉴定应该注意的问题我市在干打垒住宅中,绝大多数是长外廊式(图1);还有外廊带突出厨房间的形式(图2);也有底层平面中,将走道纵墙移到建筑外沿,而使楼层走道墙成为悬墙的形式(图3);甚至有外廊走道墙用竹编墙或板条墙的,
Zigong City is a multi-earthquake city. In 1979, the national seismic intensity map officially issued by the country was set at 7 degrees of intensity. However, in the past, all buildings were not equipped with seismic fortification. In particular, in the 1960s and 1970s, due to the influence of the ultra-Left trend of thought, one-sided pursuit of low-standard indicators built a large number of residential and industrial buildings, causing all kinds of construction projects to be different. The degree of hidden dangers, some projects can not even meet the static calculation, not to mention earthquake. These buildings are the main targets of seismic strengthening in our city. First, the problems that should be paid attention to in the evaluation of seismic resistance of multi-storey brick houses. The vast majority of the cities in the city are long corridor styles (Figure 1); and the outer corridors are prominent in the form of kitchen rooms (Figure 2). There are also planes on the ground floor that move the aisle walls to the outer edge of the building and make the floor walkway wall a form of a curtain wall (Figure 3); there are even bamboo walls or slat walls on the walkway walkway walls.
