最近翻阅抗战时期昆明报纸,发现署名“萧望卿”的《我第一次拜访作家》一文,发表于1943年10月14日云南《民国日报》第四版文艺副刊“煦光”第五十期上。文章记述作者到昆明附近“一个小县城”拜访作家沈从文的经过,文末注明写作时间是“一九四三·八月”。萧望卿(1917—2006),湖南宁远人,1940年考入西南联大师范学院英语学系,随后转入中文系,在沈从文关怀和指导下
Recently read through the Kunming Newspaper during the war of resistance against Japan and found the article entitled “My First Visit to the Writer” signed by “Xiao Wangqing” and published in the fourth edition of the “Republic of China Daily” on October 14, 1943, Fifty period. Article describes the author to near Kunming, “a small town” to visit the writer Shen Congwen’s passage, the end of the text indicates that the writing time is “1943 August ”. Xiao Wangqing (1917-2006), Ningyuan, Hunan Province, was admitted to the English Department of Southwest Associated University Teachers College in 1940, then transferred to Chinese Department, under the guidance of Shen Congwen
