今年,我县遵照省、地档案局一九八四年的工作部署,重点抓了一九八○年前区乡档案的接收。对这项工作,各级党委、政府极为重视,抓得有力,效果很好。全县十三个区、一个镇、六十二个乡,整理工作从三月三日陆续开始,到五月十日全部结束,先后共用了近七十天时间。整理档案25,183卷,其中永久8,546卷,长期5,332卷,短期11,305卷。与此同时还编制了土地证存根索引220册,林权证存根索引1,138本,复制褪变文书材料1,236份,
