作者为１８例下颌前突、１２例单侧髁状突肥大患者施行了口内进路下颌升支垂直截骨术。术中２例升支近中骨段发生折断，１例下牙槽血管损伤，术后１例因颌间栓结方法不当致咬合关系错乱。文中介绍了手术设计及操作注意事项，并详细讨论了口内进路下颌升支垂直截骨术的适应证，搭配术式的选择以及并发症的处理，报道了３０例牙颌面畸形的治疗效果。
The author of 18 cases of mandibular protrusion, 12 patients with unilateral condylar hypertrophy underwent intraoral approach to the vertical mandibular ascending osteotomy. Two cases of ascending branch near the fracture occurred in the middle segment, one case of lower alveolar vascular injury, one case due to improper intermaxillary embolectomy caused bite occlusion relationship disorder. This article describes the surgical design and operation precautions, and discusses in detail the indications of mandibular ascending interosseous vertical osteotomy, with the selection of surgical procedures and complications, reported the treatment of 30 cases of maxillofacial deformity .
