加强党内监督是马克思主义政党的一贯要求,也是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。党的十八届六中全会通过的《中国共产党党内监督条例》(下称《条例》),针对当前党内监督存在的突出问题,提出了一系列新的要求和举措,是新形势下加强党内监督的顶层设计,是规范当前和今后一个时期党内监督的基本法规。必须在认真学习、准确把握其核心要义的基础上,抓好贯彻落实,使其成为规范各级党组织和广大党员、干部行为的硬约束。
Strengthening inner-party supervision is the consistent request of Marxist political parties and the excellent tradition and political superiority of our party. The “CPC Internal Supervision Regulations” (the “Regulations”) adopted by the 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward a series of new requirements and measures in light of the outstanding problems existing in the current inner-party supervision. Under the new situation The top-level design of strengthening inner-party supervision is the basic law governing the inner-party supervision of the current and future period. On the basis of earnestly studying and accurately grasping its core essence, we must make a good implementation of it and make it a hard constraint regulating the behavior of party organizations and the vast majority of party members and cadres at all levels.
