本文在阐述我国刑法规定的洗钱罪的“上游犯罪”的概念和范围的基础上,着重分析了我国《刑法修正案(六)》对我国刑法规定的洗钱罪的“上游犯罪”范围的修正和补充,这在一定程度上弥补了我国洗钱罪存在的不足和缺陷。
