安徽抗日根据地合作经济,是在战争和日伪顽经济封锁的特殊环境下,根据地军民把有限的力量团结在一起,发挥集体优势,提高生产率,解决军需民用需要而建立和发展起来的。合作经济的创立与发展,对打破敌人的经济封锁、促进根据地的经济发展、稳定市场物价、改善人民生活、保证军需民用需要发挥了不可磨灭的重要作用。
The cooperative economy in Anhui Anti-Japanese Base Area was established and developed under the special circumstances of the war and the blockade of economy by the Japanese, the puppets and the peasants and the civilians by uniting their limited forces, exerting their collective advantages, raising their productivity, and resolving the civilian needs of military affairs. The establishment and development of a cooperative economy have played an indelible and important role in breaking the economic blockade of the enemy, promoting the economic development in the base areas, stabilizing the market prices, improving the people’s livelihood and ensuring the military needs.
