近来,隐私权逐渐得到各国法律上的确认和保护,并呈国际统一化趋势。随着科技的发展、技术的进步,互联网网罗着人们生活的方方面面,人们对网络的依赖使其不再只是虚拟空间,俨然已是另一个市民社会,在这样的社会里人们怎样进行安全的民事活动?网络环境下隐私权又可能受到哪些侵害?怎样为其提供法律救济?笔者就这些问题在武汉各地以问卷调查和专访的形式进行了调研,对网络隐私权的保护现状浅谈笔者的看法。
Recently, the privacy right has been gradually recognized and protected by the laws of various countries and has been showing an international trend of unification. With the development of science and technology and the advancement of technology, the Internet has all kinds of aspects of people’s lives. People rely on the Internet to make it no longer just a virtual space, it is already another civil society. In such a society, how people conduct safe civil affairs Activities? What are the possible privacy violations in the network environment? How to provide legal remedies for them? The author conducted a survey on these issues in the form of questionnaires and interviews in Wuhan, and discussed the author’s current situation on the protection of network privacy .
