一、前言加热炉烟气热损失通常占炉子总供热量的1/3~1/2。因此,回收利用烟气余热,是降低炉子燃料消耗最为有效的手段。直接用烟气预热钢料(包括延长炉子预热段和抽出烟气作喷流预热两种方式),热回收效率甚高,但造价较高,且平面布置上有时受限制。喷流预热钢料,同时还带来控制和操作上的复杂化。装设余热锅炉回收烟气余热,热利用率虽高,但无助于加热炉本身热效率和燃烧温度的提高。比较起来,利用烟气余热来预热空气(煤气)是加热炉行之有效的节能
