本文描述了一种利用桥路补偿法,采用热敏电阻作感温元件制成的铜—康铜热电偶参考端温度补偿器。在0~40℃环境温度范围内,补偿器本身的最大补偿误差小于±7μV(相当于±0.18℃),与热电偶配套调试后,总误差为±8μV左右。文中介绍了工作原理、设计方法和调试步骤,给出了一组计算补偿曲线的公式,从理论上算出了补偿误差,与补偿器的实际误差相比,两者十分接近。
This paper describes a copper bridge - Tongkang thermocouple reference junction temperature compensator using bridge compensation method, the use of thermistors for temperature sensing components. The maximum compensation error of the compensator itself is less than ± 7μV (equivalent to ± 0.18 ° C) in the ambient temperature range of 0 ~ 40 ° C. The total error of the compensator is about ± 8μV after being matched with the thermocouple. In this paper, the working principle, design method and debugging steps are introduced. A set of formulas for calculating the compensation curve are given. The compensation error is calculated theoretically, which is close to the actual error of the compensator.
