分子标记已在山葡萄资源鉴定中得到较为广泛的应用。现以山葡萄资源收集、保存、鉴定和利用现状的基础上,归纳、分析了分子标记在山葡萄品种鉴定上的应用现状,重点阐述了DNA条形码的分析过程,并指出已有分子标记技术在品种鉴定中的优势与不足,认为山葡萄资源鉴定应侧重于功能型分子标记,因此,提出将DNA条形码分子技术应用到山葡萄品种鉴定的重要性。
Molecular markers have been identified in the mountain grape resources more widely used. Based on the current situation of the collection, preservation, identification and utilization of the grape resources in mountain, the application status of the molecular marker in the identification of the mountain grape varieties is summarized and analyzed. The analysis process of the DNA barcodes is emphatically explained, and the existing molecular marker technology The author thinks that the appraisal of mountain grape resources should focus on functional molecular markers. Therefore, the importance of applying DNA barcode molecular techniques to the identification of mountain grape varieties was proposed.
