尿道损伤为泌尿外科常见急症。我们于1992年12月～1997年3月应用膀胱尿道镜急诊处理尿道损伤16例，临床效果满意，报告如下。1临床资料本组16例，年龄18～50岁，均为男性新鲜尿道损伤，伤后至就诊时间0．5～10h。损伤类型：尿道断裂10例，尿道破裂6例。损伤部位：后尿道损伤10
Urethral injury is a common emergency urology. We in December 1992 ~ March 1997 emergency treatment of urethral bladder urethral injury in 16 cases, the clinical results are satisfactory, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 16 patients, aged 18 to 50 years old, are male fresh urethral injury, treatment time from injury to 0.5 ~ 10h.
