研究了TRIP600钢板点焊接头的组织和性能,探讨了不同回火温度(300、450和650℃)对钢板点焊接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:TRIP600钢板点焊接头熔合区为板条状马氏体组织,热影响区为马氏体、铁素体及贝氏体高温回火组织;熔合区和热影响区硬度比母材部分硬度高出很多。300~650℃回火温度下点焊接头显微组织仍呈板条状,而在晶界和板条内有碳化物析出并聚集呈细粒状;点焊接头的显微硬度和拉剪力随回火温度升高而降低;温度越高,显微硬度和拉剪力下降的越多。
The microstructure and properties of TRIP600 steel spot welded joints were studied. The effects of different tempering temperatures (300, 450 and 650 ℃) on microstructures and properties of spot welded joints were investigated. The results show that the fusion zone of TRIP600 steel plate is lath martensite and the HAZ is tempered martensite, ferrite and bainite. The hardness of fusion zone and heat affected zone is higher than that of base metal Hardness much higher. The microstructure of the spot welded joints at 300-650 ℃ was still lath-like, but carbides precipitated and formed fine grains in the grain boundaries and laths. The microhardness and tensile strength of the spot welded joints Tempering temperature decreases; the higher the temperature, the more microhardness and tensile shear decline.
