目的了解医学生对食品营养标签的知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)状况为今后提高医学生食品营养标签知识提供依据。方法采用随机分层抽样和问卷调查方法,选取某医学院5个医学相关专业的一、三年级本科学生共568人。问卷内容主要有营养标签知识、营养基础知识,态度、行为,回答正确的得1分,共54分。共发放问卷600份。结果 K分回答正确率为58.2%,其中男、女生回答正确率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);营养基础知识正确率为63.9%,营养标签知识与营养基础知识的得分情况之间存在正相关(r=0.353,P=0.000);A分中,85.0%的学生认为有必要学习营养标签知识;P分中,39.1%的学生依据食物营养价值及健康需要选择食物类别。结论医学生对食品营养标签知识了解程度尚欠缺,对营养基础知识的学习有待进一步提高。
Objective To understand the medical students knowledge of food nutrition labeling (K), attitude (A), behavior (P) status for the future to improve medical knowledge of food nutrition labels provide the basis for medical students. Methods Random stratified sampling and questionnaire survey were used to select 568 first-year and third-year undergraduates of 5 medical-related majors in a medical college. Questionnaire content mainly nutritional labeling knowledge, nutrition, basic knowledge, attitude, behavior, correct answer 1 point, a total of 54 points. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed. Results The correct answer rate of K was 58.2%. There was significant difference between male and female students’ correct answer rate (P <0.05). The accuracy rate of basic knowledge of nutrition was 63.9%. There was a difference between nutritional labeling knowledge and nutritional basic knowledge 85.0% of the students in A considered it necessary to learn the knowledge of nutrition labeling; 39.1% of the students in P were selected according to their nutritional value and health needs. Conclusion Medical students’ knowledge of food nutrition labeling is still lacking, and the learning of nutrition basic knowledge needs to be further improved.
