一、课程标准的变化及意义历经十年的基础教育新课程改革后,《义务教育英语课程标准(2011版)》正式颁布。与2001年颁布的《英语课程标准(实验稿)》相比,新的义务教育英语课程标准对小学英语教学的指导性更加突出,进一步细化了小学英语教学的具体学习内容和要求,目标更加明确,内容阐述的更加清晰,这些新变化对于老师们更好地理解和实践新课标更有帮助。下面笔者就新课标的调整和变化做一简述。
