In Mexico, Chihuahua is referred to as “a land where opportunities arise”. After entering the 1980s, many Latin American countries, including Mexico, saw economic growth stagnating or even negative growth. However, Chihuahua’s economy is unique and showing great vitality, with an average annual growth rate of more than 10%.
