目的了解医疗机构消毒监测情况,评价监测效果,找出问题,控制医院感染发生。方法按《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》、《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法》等对医院消毒与灭菌质量进行监测。结果 3年共检测各类样品1 454份,合格率为81.71%。年间合格率差异有统计学意义;室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、口腔科手机冲洗水和喷水、医院污水、医院器械、压力蒸汽灭菌、使用中的消毒液和紫外线灯强度的合格率依次为76.57%、81.98%、85.24%、38.89%、58.33%、58.70%、91.57%、87.62%和91.80%。结论海曙区医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,平均合格率呈逐年上升趋势,其中口腔科手机冲洗水和喷水、医院污水、医院器械合格率偏低,这将是整治的重点。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and monitoring in medical institutions, evaluate the monitoring results, find out the problems and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals was monitored according to “Technical Specifications of Disinfection”, “Sanitary Standard of Hospital Disinfection” and “Evaluation Method of Disinfection and Sterilization Effects”. Results A total of 1 454 samples of all kinds were tested in 3 years with a pass rate of 81.71%. There was a significant difference in the passing rate in the year between the indoor air, the surface of the object, the hand of the medical staff, the flushing water and sprinkler of stomatology handpiece, hospital sewage, hospital equipment, sterilization by steam sterilization, disinfectant in use and UV lamp intensity The rates were 76.57%, 81.98%, 85.24%, 38.89%, 58.33%, 58.70%, 91.57%, 87.62% and 91.80%, respectively. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Haishu District is generally good, with the average passing rate rising year by year. Among them, the stomatological rinse water and sprinkler, hospital sewage and hospital equipment have a low pass rate, which will be the focus of remediation.
