目的探讨前列腺电切术后泌尿生殖系感染的原因及防治措施。方法 98例前列腺电切术后泌尿生殖系感染患者,对其临床资料进行分析,统计泌尿生殖系感染原因,并制定相应防治措施。结果 98例患者经治疗后均痊愈,并无其他严重并发症。结论术前严格执行手术适应证,手术操作严密规范性,术后密切监测,准确治疗,前列腺电切术后泌尿系感染等症状合理防治存在重要价值。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention and treatment of genitourinary infection after resection of prostate. Methods A total of 98 patients with genitourinary infection after prostatectomy were divided into two groups. The clinical data were analyzed, the causes of genitourinary infection were analyzed, and the corresponding prevention and control measures were formulated. Results 98 patients recovered after treatment, and no other serious complications. Conclusion Preoperative strict implementation of surgical indications, strict and standardized surgical procedures, close monitoring after surgery, accurate treatment of prostate cancer and other symptoms of urinary tract infection after the effective prevention and treatment there is an important value.
