自然垄断产业的改革一直是我国经济学家与法学家们研究的焦点问题,经济学的可竞争理论对自然垄断极具借鉴意义,文章以此理论对我国自然垄断产业规制的启示为基础,指出自然垄断产业法律规制应着重于加快反垄断法律制度完善和特殊产业立法,协调反垄断执法机构与规制机构的关系。
The reform of the natural monopoly industry has always been the focus of our country’s economists and jurists. The competitive theory of economics is of great reference to the natural monopoly. Based on the enlightenment of this theory to the regulation of the natural monopoly industries in our country, The legal regulation of natural monopoly industries should focus on speeding up the perfection of antitrust legal system and special industrial legislation and coordinating the relationship between antitrust law enforcement agencies and regulatory agencies.
