通过采用高压水枪冲击膜丝的方式来强化水力对膜丝的作用并表征膜丝的耐冲击性,比较自支撑膜和带衬膜耐冲击性并分析其影响因素。结果表明,自支撑膜膜材料的韧性越好,膜丝的耐冲击性越好,越不容易发生断丝;带衬膜膜材料的韧性越好和膜与支撑管的附着力越大,带衬膜的耐冲击性越好,越不容易出现脱皮;同一膜材料的自支撑膜与带衬膜相比,带衬膜的耐冲击性要大大提高。
The impact of hydraulic force on the membrane filaments was strengthened by impacting the membrane filaments with a high-pressure water gun and the impact resistance of the membrane filaments was characterized. The impact resistance of the self-supporting membrane and the liner was compared and the influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that the better the toughness of the self-supporting film is, the better the impact resistance of the film is and the less likely it is to break the filaments. The better the toughness of the film with liner film and the greater the adhesion of the film to the support tube, The better the impact resistance of the lining film, the less prone to peeling; the same film material self-supporting film compared with the lining film, the lining of the impact resistance to be greatly enhanced.
