国企是我国国民经济的支柱。国企改革是我国整个经济体制改革的中心环节,其改革关系到整个经济体制改革的成败。因此,找准和搞清国企思想政治工作目前存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出解决问题的对策,对进一步加强和改进国企思想政治工作,促进国企改革和发展具有十分重要的意义。
State-owned enterprises are the backbone of our national economy. The reform of state-owned enterprises is the central aspect of the entire economic system reform in our country. Its reform has a bearing on the success or failure of the entire economic reform. Therefore, to identify and clarify the main problems that exist in the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises at present and propose measures to solve the problems in a targeted manner are of great significance to further strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises and promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.
