维持标准体重饮食应定时定量,不要忽饱忽饥。如果体重快速增减,会削弱皮下弹性纤维,使皮肤松驰,呈现早衰。偏食的人,不是消瘦就是肥胖。消瘦者皮肤干燥萎缩,皱纹加深;而肥胖者易患糖尿病、动脉硬化、高血压和冠心病。
