针对太平山铁矿的开采条件和存在的安全隐患,提出采用充填采矿法。根据选厂尾砂特性和充填体正交配比试验结果,确定不同部位的采场采用不同灰砂比的全尾砂充填;并设计了全尾砂胶结充填系统,深锥立式砂仓浓密造浆技术简化了充填工艺流程,平均充填成本低于矿山20元/t·矿的成本控制目标,取得了良好的安全、经济、社会效益。
In view of mining conditions of Taipingshan Iron Mine and its existing security risks, the paper proposes to adopt the method of filling mining. According to the characteristics of dressing plant tailing sand and orthogonal test of filling body, it is determined that the stopes of different parts are filled with full tailings with different ratio of sand to sand; and the tailing sand filling and filling system is designed, The slurry technology simplifies the filling process and the average filling cost is lower than the mine’s cost control target of 20 Yuan / t · m and has achieved good safety, economic and social benefits.
