目的:研究鹿蹄橐吾的化学成分,鉴定化合物结构。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱,并运用硅胶薄层制备以及凝胶柱色谱的方法分离纯化化合物,利用现代分析技术解析化合物结构。结果:分离得到了4个化合物:槲皮素(Ⅰ),(E)-3-(2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯酸(Ⅱ),(E)-3-(2,4-二羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酸(Ⅲ),(S)-3-羟基-3-苯基丙酸(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)和(Ⅳ)均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ligularia virgaurea and identify the structure of the compound. METHODS: Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and silica gel thin-layer preparation and gel column chromatography. Compounds were resolved using modern analytical techniques. Results: Four compounds were isolated: quercetin (I), (E)-3-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid (II), (E)-3-( 2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid (III), (S)-3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropionic acid (IV). CONCLUSION: Compounds (I), (II), (III) and (IV) were isolated from this plant for the first time.
