我国经济经历了30多年的高速发展期,目前已进入中高速发展的“新常态”时期,而城市住宅产品也由数量型向质量效益型发展。人性化设计是增添居住小区活力、提高居住生活品质的重要手段,本文结合惠州市东湖花园9号小区工程设计体会,从空间尺度、景观环境、建筑造型、套型配置、交通组织、服务配套方面探讨了人性化设计理念的应用与实践。
China’s economy has experienced a period of rapid development of more than 30 years and has now entered a period of “new normality” in its rapid development. Urban residential products have also evolved from quantity-based to quality-benefit. Humanized design is an important means to increase the vitality of living quarters and improve the quality of living. In this paper, combining with the project design of No.9 Donghu Garden in Huizhou City, this paper analyzes the engineering design of residential quarters from the aspects of spatial scale, landscape environment, architectural modeling, dwelling configuration, traffic organization and service support Discusses the application and practice of humanized design concept.
