在党的鼓足干劲,力争上游,多快好省地建设社会主义总路线的照耀下,在党的八届八中全会精神的鼓舞下,经过全体职工的共同努力和忘我劳动,我们全面超额完成了1959年计划,实现了1959年满堂红、红到底;打响了1960年生产第一炮,夺得了年初开门红的胜利。因此,今天的广播大会,既是庆祝胜利的大会:也县巩固胜利,为夺取新的更大胜利的动员大会。首先,我代表中共湖南省委、湖南省人民委员会向全省职工同志们以及所有支援工业交通生产建设的同志们致以热烈的祝贺和深切的慰问。
