我们采用锡、锌、铝配制低熔点合金用来钎焊铝-铝、铝-不诱钢、铝-铜、铝-钢等薄壁容器、薄壁管件及薄板等工件取得成功。一、钎料的配制:锡87%、锌10%、铝3%,用天平称出三种原料的重量。先将锡放入坩埚升温至300℃全部熔化。再加入锌升温到400~450℃,保温5分钟,搅拌均匀后再保温五分钟。最后加铝,升温到550~600℃,保温五分钟,再搅拌均匀。加铝后如熔化速度慢,可适当升温,但应控制在660℃以内。熔好的钎料铸成φ6毫米的棒料,注意随浇随搅拌以保证成分均匀。
