欧阳魁同志今年60岁,在统计战线已经度过了38个春秋。他是沙市市统计局的综合科长,也是市人大财经委员会委员、市统计学会副会长、市体改研究会理事、市经济学会理事、现代管理学会理事、市企业管理研究会顾问、市委政研室特约调研员。欧阳魁同志解放初期就开始从事统计工作,先后在省、市统计部门及基层统计部门工作。多年来,他不求名利,不计个人得失,在统计工作这个平凡而又崇高的岗位上,兢兢业业地忘我工作,无私无畏地默默奉献,把自己的全部心血倾注在统计事业上。由于他工作成绩显著,特别是在统计改革中贡献突出,先后被评为沙市市劳动模范、湖北省统计战线先进工作者,并多次被评为市委、市政府及各级咨询、理论研究机构的优秀调研员。同志们称赞“他是统计战线的一棵不老松”;市领导说“他是我们的好参谋”。
Comrade Ouyang Kui, 60, has spent 38 years in the statistical field. Because of his outstanding performance, especially in the statistics reform outstanding contribution, has been rated as model workers in Shashi City, Hubei Province, advanced workers in the statistical front, and was repeatedly named the municipal government and all levels of consultation, theoretical research institutions Excellent researcher.
