通过问卷和访谈,本研究对广州市天河区小学语文教师课程能力发展的状况进行了调查分析,旨在探寻其存在的问题,探究其发展的策略。调查发现,广州市天河区小学语文教师的课程能力发展态势总体较好,但也存在如下问题:一是教师对于课程能力的认知度不足,缺乏主动发展课程能力的意识;二是教师的课程能力发展不均衡;三是缺乏良好的发展环境与专门支持。鉴于此,相关师资培训机构和中小学应通过激发教师自主发展课程能力的需求与动机、加强培训的针对性以及优化课程能力发展平台等措施来促进教师课程能力的发展与提升。
Through questionnaires and interviews, this study investigates and analyzes the development of Chinese teachers’ ability in primary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou to explore their existing problems and explore strategies for their development. The survey found that primary school Chinese language teachers in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, overall trend of curriculum development is better, but there are also the following problems: First, teachers lack awareness of the ability of the curriculum, the lack of awareness of the initiative to develop the ability of the curriculum; second is the teacher’s curriculum Capacity development is not balanced; Third, the lack of a good environment for development and special support. In view of this, relevant teacher training institutions and primary and secondary schools should promote the development and enhancement of teachers ’curriculum abilities by stimulating teachers’ demand and motivation to develop their own curriculum capabilities, strengthening training pertinence and optimizing the development of curriculum capabilities.
