Tardieu 等曾报道过2例接种卡介苗(BCG)后发生结核性脑膜炎的病人。作者又报告1例22岁女病人,于接种 BCG 后4周出现无菌性脑膜炎,经抗结核药化疗症状缓解。本例表现有头痛、咽痛、发热、畏光、呕吐及颈项强直6天。入院前未用抗生素。过去身体素健,4周前接种 BCG。实验室检查:血沉81mm/h,Hb12.2g/dl,白细胞9.0×10~9/L,血钠124mmol/L,血钾4.1mmol/L,血糖4.7mmol/L,尿素4.6mmol/L,血浆蛋白、白蛋白、钙、磷酸盐、胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶以及甲状腺素等均正常。首次脑脊液(CSF)检查:蛋白0.1g/L,糖3.8mmol/L,未见细菌;多形核白细胞140/μl,无
Tardieu et al. Have reported two cases of tuberculous meningitis after BCG vaccination. The authors also reported a 22-year-old female patient with aseptic meningitis 4 weeks after inoculation of BCG and remission of the anti-TB drug. This case showed headache, sore throat, fever, photophobia, vomiting and neck stiffness for 6 days. No antibiotics before admission. In the past, the body was healthy and BCG was inoculated 4 weeks ago.
