高校科研工作作为我国提高自有创新能力的重要一环,在经济高速发展中的作用突出,然而近些年来不断暴出的高校科研经费滥用丑闻,严重影响到政府对科研经费投入的积极性。为此,作者通过对高校科研经费全过程管理结合工作实际进行了深入的剖析,并提出了相应的管控措施。
As an important part of our country’s ability to enhance its own innovation, college scientific research plays a prominent role in the rapid economic development. However, the scandalous abuse of scientific research funds in universities in recent years has seriously affected the government’s enthusiasm for scientific research funding. To this end, the author conducted an in-depth analysis of the whole process of scientific research funding in colleges and universities with the actual work, and put forward corresponding control measures.
