职业道德与企业文化在定义上具有同一性,在特点上具有同质性,在结构上具有同构性。同时,二者各自叙述的主体不同,前者是行业,后者是经营性组织。由于它们之间存在着广泛的联系,所以有相互融合的可能;由于它们之间又存在着明显的区别,所以在现实中又存在着相互统一的复杂性。加强职业道德建设,是培养企业文化创新能力的首要前提;加强企业文化塑造和建设,是职业道德实现的必备条件;二者统一的基础则是企业的生产实践。
Professional ethics and corporate culture in the definition of identity, with characteristics of homogeneity, structurally homogeneous.
