The rapid development of science and technology after the Second World War has brought about extensive and profound changes in the modern capitalist economy. This is a question that we must pay adequate attention to when we correctly understand the essence of modern capitalism and the current world economic situation. This article is intended to express my views on this. The so-called post-World War II scientific and technological revolution means 40 years from this century
