目的调查广东省揭阳市一个建筑工地登革热暴发疫情的流行病学特征及评价疫情处置效果。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法对病例进行调查分析,于2014年10月9日至11月11日采集患者血液进行抗体检测和核酸检测,应用布雷图指数开展蚊媒密度调查。结果首例发病为2014年9月26日,末例发病10月12日,流行期16 d,共发病22例,罹患率为14.7%(22/150),采取防控措施后,蚊媒密度明显下降,疫情得到有效控制。登革热病毒进化分析显示工地病例分离株序列与广州市流行株有极高的遗传相似度。结论该起疫情由登革热1型病毒引起,传染源可能来自广州市,早期病例的误诊是导致疫情在工地内传播的主要原因,政府部门及时应对和防蚊措施有效落实是成功防控登革热的关键。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever outbreak in a construction site in Jieyang City, Guangdong Province and to evaluate the treatment effect of the outbreak. Methods The field epidemiological investigation method was used to investigate and analyze the cases. Blood samples were collected from October 9, 2014 to November 11, 2014 for antibody detection and nucleic acid detection. The Brett Index was used to carry out the mosquito density survey. Results The first case was onset on September 26, 2014, the last case on October 12, the epidemic period of 16 days, a total of 22 cases of disease, the attack rate was 14.7% (22/150), after taking control measures, mosquito density Significant decline, the epidemic has been effectively controlled. The evolutionary analysis of dengue virus showed that there was a very high degree of genetic similarity between the isolates from the construction site and those from Guangzhou. Conclusions The outbreak was caused by dengue virus type 1 and the possible source of infection was from Guangzhou. The misdiagnosis of early cases was the main reason leading to the spread of the outbreak in the construction site. It was the key to successfully prevent and control dengue fever that government departments timely response and anti-mosquito measures should be effectively implemented .
