用 X 射线衍射技术研究了30CrMnSiNi2A 高强度钢上镉及镉-钛镀层中的晶体取向。镀层中晶体取向具有轴向织构的特征。氰化镀镉中为<11■2>取向;无氰镀镉中为<11■2>+<10■0>取向;无氰镀镉-钛(0.3~0.6%)形成<11■0>+<10■0>取向的轴向织构,再添加少量麦芽糖(光亮剂)可提高其轴向织构的程度。少量钛在镀层中起着控制晶体取向转变及吸氢的作用,减少了基材氢脆的危险性。
The crystal orientation of cadmium and cadmium-titanium coatings on 30CrMnSiNi2A high strength steel was studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystal orientation in the coating has the characteristic of axial texture. Cyanide cadmium plating <11 ■ 2> orientation; cyanide-free cadmium plating <11 ■ 2> + <10 ■ 0> orientation; cyanide-free cadmium- titanium (0.3-0.6% + <10 ■ 0> orientation of the axial texture, adding a small amount of maltose (brightener) can increase the degree of its axial texture. A small amount of titanium in the coating plays a role in controlling the crystal orientation and hydrogen absorption, reducing the risk of hydrogen embrittlement of the substrate.
