目的:了解不同学历层次护生的职业认同水平,通过职业教育不同学历层次护生的职业认同度的改变情况,为今后护生开展职业教育和心理健康教育提供依据。方法:连续3年在中专,高职,本科护生各随机取样200人,对其中100人进行护理职业教育和心理健康辅导,然后对各组护生实习前,后的护理职业满意度进行调查。结果:随着学历层次的提高护生满意度不断下降,而开展护理职业教育组的职业满意度明显高于对照组。结论:不同学历层次护生的职业满意度存在差异,进行护理职业教育和心理健康辅导对提升不同层次护生的职业满意度的效果明显的。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the occupational identity of nursing students at different educational levels and to provide evidences for vocational nursing and mental health education for nursing students in the future through the changes of occupational recognition of nursing students of different academic levels. Methods: For three consecutive years, 200 secondary school, vocational college and undergraduate nursing students were sampled at random, and 100 of them were enrolled in nursing vocational education and mental health counseling. Then the occupational nursing satisfaction of each nursing student before and after nursing practice survey. Results: With the graduation of academic level, the satisfaction of nursing students is declining, while the occupational satisfaction of nursing vocational education group is obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: There are differences in occupational satisfaction among nursing students at different educational levels. The effects of nursing vocational education and psychological health counseling on job satisfaction of nursing students at different levels are obvious.
